About me.
My role in Ikon is salon co-ordinator/manager. I started in Ikon in 2005.
I LOVE my job, everything from the team I work with, the fantastic hair we create and
especially looking after our beautiful clients.
Because Ikon’s success is largely built on training we are all consistently learning
and pushing ourselves to see just how far we can go…………and we are still going!!!
I have been on courses ranging from:
- Cutting, Colouring,Customer Service,Team Building, Management etc.
- Completed colour keys training
- Trained in ID consultations/ colour capes(accessing skin tones & styles) with
London’s Michelle Blake - Completed The Salon Management Programme (1 year /London)
- Diploma in Leadership, Personnel Management (1 year/ London)
- In 2006 I was also part of a the team that created a look for the Gents Creative Cut &
Colour category for the L’Oreal colour trophy and we were placed in the final 6 nationally.
